What is Nipper? Nipper News

Nipper is a new student management system from Meta Office designed for training providers who need a low cost, effective database that will allow them to meet the compliance requirements of government agencies.

Nipper allows you to store details of your students, enrolments, curriculum and outcomes in an easy-to-use database. It's more than just a filing system however - it allows you to:

  • Hook-on requests for students with NZQA
  • Reports on Unit Standard completions for NZQA
  • Report individual trainee withdrawals, labour market outcomes, and Unit Standard outcomes to TEC for TOPS and Youth Training trainees

Nipper uses Microsoft Office and so readily exchanges data with Microsoft Word or Excel. Most Nipper reports can be output to Word and many to Excel. By having all this in a single, easy-to-use system, you will save time and improve the accuracy of your student records.
